More than 80 % of the adult population suffer from back pain

This is One of the reason why people take time off work

It is distressing as the quality of life suffers

Various publication have medical guidelines recommending that people with having non persistent non specific back pain should be encouraged to be active and exercise

In this class I teach a series of specific healthy movement (spine discs) to improve posture increase both a) strength muscles and b) flexibility of your back
